    New Hampshire doesn’t have a helmet law? They aren’t smartasses, they are dumbasses..haha

      NH doesn’t have a seat belt law either (unless your under 18), yet ranks near the top in its usage. It’s about personal responsibility and common sense, not being told you have to by the govt. If you don’t want to wear that helmet and you hit a tree, you had it coming, now didn’t ya?!? (FYI helmets are required under the age of 18).
