If you follow me on twitter I had eluded to the fact that one of the MADBURY characters was getting a makeover. I call this redesign “Melinda 2.0″. I’m not a fan of how Melinda looks from behind, but it’s still a work in progress.

Nice! Full character turnarounds (a line-up, usually showing a character from front, back, side and 3/4th angle) can be pretty difficult to do, but are useful to have.
I need to draw my characters like this, not because of body angle or facial spacial, but because I cant draw the hair on their head right w/o knowing what it will look like at various angles. You’d be amazed at how much this one detail ruins me some days. #TrueStory
