It always amazes me that no matter whats going in this strip, Hodge gets it in the end! His karma is out waaay out of alignment! o.O

    Duuuude! Shut up!

If you look closely, you can see what seems to be either lens flares or clouds but is actually Melinda’s anger being transfered to Hodge.

See, Domino thinks w/o speaking, I can relate to that myself and in doing so, usually gets those around me in trouble w/o meaning to! [grin]

…and yes, those are clouds of mental fury my friend! …actually, they are just clouds, but who says they have to be?

See everyone thinks Hodge is actually your alter ego when in reality it is Mel. So get off your butt and lose a few lbs (how is that for my opinion?)

Maybe if you’d stop ogling my moobs so much, you’d realize I’m NOT all woman buddy! …wait-a-minute…. o.O

And for your opinion to matter Mr. butt fuzz comb over, I’d have to care first! [smirk] … I just amused me w/ that one!

Hahaha! That guy is cruisin’ for a bruisin’. Love it!

My ex-girlfriend and I were on a brief road trip several years ago and we stopped off for ice cream cones. As soon as the sales lady handed my ex her cone, she commented about “how far along she was”. She wasn’t even pregnant. I was cracking up, and my ex didn’t want her ice cream anymore. :)

People call my little Buddha “The Hodge” (Hodgies Ice cream) and ask when I’m due to push an 8lb ice cream out my… o.O [grin]

As for your ex, even that wouldn’t deter me from the task at hand, which is eating that ice cream!

I’m digging your interpretation of the devil so far, Jynksie. I like how he stirs the pot so discreetly, then slinks away…

Thanks Chris, I appreciate the kind words! I got the idea of “stirring the pot” from my wife. She’s an impish instigator who tosses the match, then makes the popcorn to watch it all unfurl and burn with a giggle and a grin! [smirk]
