It’s a comic that really has nothing to do with Haiti, but has everything to do with priority of importance.
There were marches in NYC, Chicago and L.A., I believe, all these people were marching to support Conan in spite of NBC canceling his show!
So I have a question, why is it people can enmasse and march for a late night talk show host getting canned (while he walks away w/ 30 million $mackers!), but people couldn’t find that passion for/against the Iraq war, for/against the wall st. bailout, for/against the Afghanstan war, for or against the healthcare overhaul and for/against bankrupting your nation????
Wheres the passion for the important things?!? o.O

Passion smasshion! The most important thing here is Jay Leno winning!
Very true! -He WON alright!
To them, these are the imporant things. The fantasy worlds these entertainers create is obviously easier to live in than this real world and therefore most be protected. Sad.
They do have a world all their own. A world you couldn’t pay me to join in on, I gotta say! Money buys things, not a life!
The passion is there. It is just different people with those things.
The passion yes, but the misdirection is baffling!
People seem to take heed to entertainment over information. Nowadays the news consists of the same fodder we used to have to go to the Enquirer to get.
We live in a tabloid filled world with a tabloidian (<—new word) society of willing minions!
Hahahaha, dead on! That was some classic stuff, wasn’t it?
I’ve never been more amused than to watch 3 middle aged white guys pick apart a networks in such a -fun- to watch em fall kind of way!! …but the media attention they got was ridonkulous!
The only way to solve it, once and for all, is a dance off!
In a dance off, I’m purdy sure Conan would win! His nipple dance is quite famous! *grin*
