There is no other guest character I could think of that belongs beside Hodge for his very colorful worded rant on the bitterness life can toss your way! If you aren’t familiar with Addanac City, then you should be! Celebrating it’s one year anniversary, Hank is an infamous prankster that appears quite wrong in the head, yet you find yourself wanting to go back each and every day to see what he’s gotten himself into. In fact, his one year celebratory comic even has a cameo by none other than our Hodge , he’s one of about 34 comic characters displayed!
As for Hodge, I think he’s beginning some sort of descent towards a dark place! Having lost his book deal (I guess Domino’s handy work had some flaws), Hodge is in the throws of having to face his lifes ambition go up in smoke. Who knows what other characters from the world of comics will show up as he goes down that long, dark, lonely road!

Well then, I’d say Ino got back to the office in the nick of time, no? I wonder if she’ll stick to that answer once the afterglow wears off??
In a bit of FUN news, Hodge recently made his debut over at Muddlecreek doing jury duty for the Bunny Wiggins trial. I have to say, I loved the premise of this comic done by Jerry Lane because of how he proposed Bunny be tried by a jury of his peers!! (which are other webcomic characters).

Well, the wife is turning 40 the end of this week, so we are off camera celebrating the event! It’s also the thick of summer and it’s time to roll out the hammock and join the summer festivities. Don’t worry, we’ll be updating the comic every Weds as always though! I’ll just be scaling back on my inane twitters and blog posts until summers end!

Feel like Ino left some information out of his discussion with Mel? Mouse over the comic and you’ll know what the publisher was doing when Ino was, well… under THAT desk!! LOL
Next week is a busy week for me, so I will not be around much, if at all, which means next weeks comic will be a stand alone comic of some sort. I can guarantee it will have no association with this weeks comic, so you’ll have to wait and wonder what comes next for a bit!! *grin*
