Looks like Domino has been to the hair cuttery as well and is sporting a new look, which seems not quite done just yet! “Manscaping” is taken from the word “landscaping” and used to butch up the activity of waxing, pruning, plucking and trimming your man hairs.
As we get older, our hair falls out in all the places it shouldn’t and it regrows in all the places we wish it wouldn’t. So if and when THAT day comes, that’s when you’ll find me at the local man spa having my ear hairs plucked and my nose hairs permed and highlighted! Until then, I am perfectly happy with my unibrow and braided back hair! (noooo—not really!! …but I’m sure the visual has you clawing at your minds eye with a dagger?!?)
If you look carefully, the character in the background is the old version of Domino with his back facing towards you. It’s a kind of a “in with the new, out with old” switcheroo. If I hadn’t told ya, you’d probobly not have even caught it, no? yes? Bueller? anyone? (LOL)
This one came in just under the wire I must say. It’s 11:45pm and I am just getting this weeks strip ready for publishing. I had some challenges with how to word this one, I didn’t want to offend, but by the same token, I think there has to be a line drawn at giving rights to one set of people while possibly endangering the safety of others.
I’m sure you have opinions on this one, so feel free to express them if you so wish!
New Hampshire Considers ‘Bathroom Bill‘
Last week, New Hampshire’s House Judiciary Subcommittee voted 3-2 to pass a bill that would open all public restrooms and locker rooms to people of the opposite sex.
Family advocates are concerned that by adding the words “gender expression” into the list of anti-discrimination laws, it will make New Hampshire’s public bathrooms a haven for sexual predators.
Bruce Hausknecht, judicial analyst for Focus on the Family Action, said the government is failing to protect its citizens.
“These ‘bathroom bills’ provide the opportunity for peeping toms, pedophiles and sexual predators to walk into women’s restrooms and locker rooms unchallenged, upsetting and endangering women and young girls,” he said. This bill is simply an attempt to appease the GLBT lobby at the expense of the safety of New Hampshire’s citizens.”
Last June, Colorado passed a ‘bathroom bill,’ and shortly thereafter reports came in from women who were uncomfortable that men were using their restrooms.
Pennsylvania is considering a similar bill.
You’d think Hodge would realize that what Mel was doing is no different than what he’s BEEN doing all these years to her(s)… BUT because it’s him, it’s suddenly wrong and embarrassing?!? Go figure!!
Notice anything different? Mel and Hodge went for a shampoo and style at their local hair-cuttery and are now sporting new doo’s!! A small change, but a change none the less.
